Excellent experience with Medphysicals Plus on Kenai Spur in Soldotna. As a healthcare provider coordinating care from Eagle River, I truly appreciated the time they took to communicate directly with me, verify the laboratory process, and ensure everything was handled appropriately for my patients who reside on the Peninsula.

After spending an entire week trying to coordinate alternative lab draw options without success, Kayla (MA), Melinda (office staff) and Vernisha (office staff) stepped in and made the process feel manageable and straightforward. The level of customer service provided to my patients was exceptional. Medphysicals Plus helped create a welcoming and supportive environment while still maintaining professionalism and efficiency. Clean facilities and I like that it is not an urgent care aswell, it is uncomfortable being a healthy person who needs a physical to qualify for work, and the person next to me or who used the pens before me has the flu. I hope more of the companies I work for in the future send me to MedPhysicals plus!

Great customer service

I come to this clinic monthly to get my super B 12 shot. I get attention right away when I walk in, despite not ever having an appointment. The phlebotomist has a good technique in that it is not uncomfortable or painful when I get this injection. I also love having this “consumer clinic” available in Anchorage, a place where I can order my lab tests and get results fairly quickly and delivered to my email.

This is the place to go to get your DOT med card and the DOT drug screening. Extremely fast and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend.

Great workers, had fun during the physical although I ran out of breath just walking up and down those stairs lol.

Scheduling an appointment was very easy. They had a lot of availability, so I didn’t have a long wait to be seen. On the day of my appointment, I was the only patient. It was a quick in and out process!

Everything good until they jacked their price for urine analysis from $35.00 to $50.00. That's a 70 % increase in 1 day. What a racket. I'm reposting with 5 stars(It was originally 1 star but was not posted) I noticed just the 5 stars are able to be read.

I just wanted to say Vernesia is very knowledgeable and helpful for all office operations. She has been cheerful every time and contacts us with updates. We enjoy being a part of the medphysicals family...Mespysicals is number one...
