Verified Results
At the end of your tests we will provide you with a card describing the respirator model used and the fit factor measured. This card is useable in all scenarios to verify your respirator effectiveness.
Our Respirator Fit Tests
MedPhysicals Plus has offers quantitative respirator fit-testing as a part of it’s service lineup. We are able to test all kinds of respirators from the N-95 ‘masks’ to full-face silicone respirators.
Our team will work with your staff to ensure proper fitting and operation of the respirator.
Those needing a respirator fit for all professions can give MedPhysicals Plus a call and set up an appointment. At the test, we’ll get our machine prepared and start the measurements.
Even short facial hair will generally cause a failed test, that’s why we keep shaving equipment on-hand for those who haven’t properly shaved in advance.
We may need to change respirator types and adjust tightness multiple times to get a good fit. Once the machine reads a good seal, remember how it was adjusted! We’ll give you a card with the fit factor, respirator type, and respirator size for your future reference.
