Insurance Exams at MedPhysicals Plus
When your insurance agent is setting up a policy, they’ll call MedPhysicals Plus to set up the exam. We’ll reach out to you to find an appointment that fits your schedule.
At your appointment we’ll complete all of the necessary steps in a clean, friendly environment. Most exams require us to collect a small blood sample, a urine specimen and complete some important paperwork, but exams can be customized by your insurance company to meet your unique needs.
When you receive a call from MedPhysicals Plus, be sure to schedule right away to streamline your policy.
Exam costs are fully covered by your insurance company. Be sure to check out our other services though if you appreciate the service you receive at your exam!

- I come to this clinic monthly to get my super B 12 shot. I get attention right away when I walk in, despite not ever having an appointment. The phlebotomist has a good technique in that it is not uncomfortable or painful when I get this injection.
