To take a COVID test with MedPhysicals Plus, you’ll first need to call our office and set up an appointment. Our agents will need to know the location you’ll be testing at and the date of your test. Next, you’ll fill out our online intake form. Each of our five locations has a unique access link which can be found below.

Once you arrive for your appointment, you’ll need to call our office to check in. For your safety, all tests except our antibody test are completed at your vehicle. Once we’ve retrieved your form, our agent will be down to you vehicle to collect the sample in just a few minutes. And just as simply as that, you’re all done!

We’ll process your sample and have our result released via secure our secured email server. Your privacy is our top priority, that’s why your email is encrypted and password-protected. Be sure to save your result for your records! For our rapid tests, the results are backed by our 24-hour guarantee. The result will include all of the necessary information for international travel like our CLIA certificate number, our technician signature, and our official lab stamp.

As a private lab, we are unable to bill insurance for our services, including COVID-19 testing. If your insurance provider covers our tests, you can submit your receipt for reimbursement. Our receipts include an assignment of benefits statement for your insurance provider. All tests must be prepaid before results can be released. Our online form will collect your credit card information, but we can also accept cash, check, or credit card physically at your appointment. If your employer is paying for the test then make the appropriate marks on your online form and we will confirm your test with your employer.
